8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests are generally accepted only before the order has been dispatched and must normally be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.

A cancellation request is not automatically approved merely because it was submitted within the 6-hour period. If the order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, or specially commissioned products cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed or production has begun.

Products purchased under offers or discounts that are specifically identified at the time of purchase as final sale, non-cancellable, or non-returnable cannot be cancelled or returned except where required under applicable law.
