Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hazar Daastan, we carefully inspect and securely pack every piece before dispatch. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible full-priced domestic orders within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To request an exchange, contact us at hi@hazardaastan.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos of the product.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed if it meets the eligibility conditions.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may select another product of the same or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

We do not offer reverse pickup services. The customer is responsible for safely sending the approved product back to the address provided by our team.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photo or video evidence.

Once verified and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Made-to-order, customised, personalised, altered, or specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or special discount are also not eligible for return or exchange unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other product information carefully before placing an international order.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
