At Hazar Daastan, every piece is carefully curated and securely packed before it begins its journey to you. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping across India.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Made-to-order, customised, or specially commissioned pieces may require additional preparation time. The estimated dispatch timeline for such orders will be communicated separately or mentioned on the relevant product page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Complimentary shipping is provided for all international orders valued at ₹30,000 or above.

International orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within approximately 5-10 working days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Hazar Daastan.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other product information before placing an international order.

All domestic and international shipments are insured during transit.

Once an international order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through whatsapp/e-mail.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
